ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Briefing the students about the scope, job prospects and perks of studying and establishing a professional career in Germany
Collecting complete information from the student w.r.t to academic and professional qualifications and achievements so far.
Aiding the student in choosing the relevant career direction depending on the data received
Provide proper guidance in procurement of all the relevant documents from the students within the timeline
Provide constant updates regarding the current status of the procedure assisting students in post-admission services including visa documentation, accommodation arrangement, bank loan assistance and travel services.
Documentation of the activities involved as per our documentation system

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

We are looking for an energetic individual with top-notch communication skills (english and malayalam), and interpersonal skills.
Experience in customer service will be considered as an advantage.
You will ideally be able to understand the students requirements and their passion by being able to communicate with them seamlessly and with clarity.
You will be proactive in carrying out your tasks, capable of working under your own initiative, and should be able to prioritise your goals.
We expect you to have basic knowledge in some of the skill sets including marketing, social media advertising, and public speaking, which we will be further developed by working within our company.
