Building a relationship of trust and respect with the students

Key expectations for counsellors job role
- Responsible for admission process of students
- Follow up on leads generated through various sources
- Explain admission procedures and courses offered by the college/university to the prospective students
- Excellent listening skills + Excellent communications skills
- Empathy and understanding
- A non-judgemental attitude
- Patience and a calm manner
- Ability to relate to and adapt communication style to suit a wide range of people

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Aluva, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
