**Job Description: Steward**

**Position**: Steward
**Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month
**Location**: Andheri East, Mumbai
**Shift**: Break shift (Start time: 12:00 PM)
**Weekly Off**: 1 week off

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, welcoming manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Ensure food and beverages are served promptly and according to the restaurant’s standards.
- Monitor guest dining experience and address any concerns or requests in a timely manner.
- Set up tables for guests, ensuring they are clean and properly arranged.
- Clear and clean tables after guests finish their meals.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu and daily specials to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and quick service.
- Ensure all necessary utensils, napkins, and condiments are provided to guests.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant.
- Adhere to all safety and food handling protocols to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Provide support to senior staff and management as needed during peak hours.
- Handle cash and billing transactions when required.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a steward or in a similar role in a restaurant or hotel environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Flexibility to work in break shifts and adjust to the restaurant's operational needs.
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist customers and team members.
- Experience of Multi Cuisine restaurant is preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
