Overview:
Prodapt is seeking a
**Oracle BRM Designer/Developer **to join our team. The Developer should have customer-facing skills and should be able to drive workshops with the customer using Oracle tools. The role will be based in India -Bangalore.

**Responsibilities**:

- Must have working experience on Billing & Revenue Mgmt (BRM)/Elastic Charging Engine (ECE)
- Working Knowledge of all the BRM modules (Subscription Management, Billing & Invoicing, Payments & Account Receivable, Collections, Integration)

**Requirements**:

- Understanding of how BRM & ECE works and their respective data model/terminologies.
- Proficient in Core Java
- Understanding of ECE cache structure and object model would be helpful
- Good knowledge in Unix, maven
- Java performance tuning experience preferable
- Understanding of spring boot and coherence is helpful but not mandatory
- Experience in implementing ECE for online & Offline charging for the different business requirements
- Good experience in implementing Diameter/Radius gateway, experience in implementing Gy, Sy, Sp and Ro interfaces, good knowledge on 3GPP standards
- Experience in:

- Implementing integration to PCRF for requirements related to policy control
- Integrating ECE with SCP
- Integrating ECE with OCOMC
- Configuring the rate plans using PDC
- Implementing Credit Control module, configuration of notifications in ECE, re-rating
- Customizing BRM using OPCODES
- Implementing Roaming using BRM Roaming manager
- Setting up the ECE environment will be an added value
- Setting up the CNE environment will be an added value
- ** **Willingness to Travel

**Desirable Functional/Technical Skills**:

- Domain knowledge on Pre-paid, Post-paid Billing areas for Broadband/Wireless Voice/SMS/Data service provider
- Good problem solving, troubleshooting & communication skills
- Should have customer-facing skills and should be able to drive workshops with the customer using Oracle tools, technologies, products, and methodologies
- Should have experience working on waterfall or Agile/Scrum or iterative model projects and should be flexible to work on DevOps environment
- Strong communication skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners
- Exposure working with cloud tools, technologies and framework
