**Company Description**

Morni Fashions is a Jaipur-based garment manufacturing company that specializes in ready-to-wear women's clothing. Our products include Indian ethnic wear, western wear, and Indo-Western wear.

As part of our growing team, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Specialist to manage and optimize our presence on various online platforms, including **Amazon, Etsy, and Walmart.**

**Responsibilities**:
**Marketplace Management**:

- Create and optimize product listings with compelling and accurate content, including product descriptions, images, and pricing.

**Inventory and Order Management**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Should be thorough with Amazon FBA working process.
- Coordinate with the team to pack and track the shipment to FBA as well as to the customers.

**Performance Monitoring**:

- Analyze key performance metrics on each platform and implement strategies to improve sales and visibility.
- Monitor customer reviews and address any issues or inquiries promptly to maintain positive feedback.

**Marketing and Promotions**:

- Develop and implement promotional campaigns on the respective platforms.
- Run ad campaigns to increase product visibility and drive sales.

**Customer Service**:

- Stay informed about the latest developments on these platforms to identify opportunities for improvement.

**Compliance and Policy Adherence**:

- Stay up-to-date with each platform's policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance in all activities.
- Proactively address any issues related to policy violations and work towards maintaining a healthy account status.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Joining bonus
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Amazon Seller central: 1 year (required)
