Production Supervisor

**Job Summary**:
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily manufacturing operations of intraocular lenses in a high-precision, medical device production environment. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, maintains high-quality output, optimizes production processes, and leads a team of skilled technicians and operators.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Production Management**
- Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of intraocular lenses.
- Monitor production metrics such as yield, output, and downtime, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- In line inspection of all process and maintaining all log file, documents related to production processes.
2. **Quality Assurance**:
- Ensure all production processes comply with ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and other relevant medical device standards.
- Work closely with quality assurance teams to address non-conformities and implement continuous improvement measures.
- Work with regulatory team to develop metrics for production analysis
3. **Continuous Improvement**:
- Identify areas for improvement in quality assurance and control processes.
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
Pay: ₹11,223.81 - ₹33,832.78 per month
