Role Description
- Individual will effectively manage a team and strategize the annual plan on testing portfolio and provide reporting relative to technology risk and compliance information for measurement analysis and senior management communications as directed
- Support and improve upon the reporting capability associated with control testing
- Develop and drive consistent, transparent day-to-day, monthly, quarterly and annual reports associated with controls and corresponding activities
- Individual will develop and drive process and quality assurance standards over control testing process, responses and all required criteria for successful closure
- Individual will ensure consistent execution of the control testing test life cycle and review test papers for opportunities for consolidation and normalization
- Individual will engage key operational SMEs for testing work, identify risk and control gaps and transition open issues to appropriate stakeholders for remediation planning
- Individual may provide technical analysis, testing, assessment, and project management support for various elements of the First Line of Defense Self Testing Program, and other related programs

Core/Must have skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems, Risk Management or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Professional designation a plus (e.g. CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC)
- Aptitude for learning new and complex environments, processes, and technologies
- Excellent written and spoken communication & collaboration skills
- Self-learning and training to ensure skills and knowledge are in line with responsibilities
- Knowledge of IT frameworks such as NIST, ISO, COBIT, ITIL a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Good to have skills
- Experience with data visualization tools and data management preferred
- Experience with programming or automation preferred
