**Position**: Gold Loan Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Assist customers with inquiries about gold loan services, explaining eligibility criteria and documentation requirements.
- **Loan Processing**: Evaluate gold jewelry and ornaments for loan appraisal, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- **Documentation**: Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing, including identification and ownership proof.
- **Loan Disbursement**: Facilitate loan disbursement process, ensuring accuracy of loan details and terms.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive customer relationships, addressing queries and concerns.
- **Loan Renewals and Closure**: Manage loan renewal or closure processes, including repayment scheduling and documentation.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all loan transactions.
- **Sales and Promotion**: Promote gold loan products to attract new customers and expand the client base.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of loan transactions and customer interactions for reporting purposes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of gold appraisal techniques, loan processing, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
