**Key Responsibilities**:

- The role encapsulates orchestrating journeys within the ecosystem of unstructured financial
data to reporting insights
- Careful analysis of existing processes across client mandates and convert them to process flowcharts
- Ability to understand business requirements and incubate solutions that exemplify best practices
- Simplify data journeys, with focus on predictable data quality
- Convert business user journeys into limited binary interactions via automation and incident-based call to action
- Gain understanding of current database and reporting architecture
- Adopt best practices to ensure modular replication and delivery at scale
- Exemplify collective ownership with an eye for detail
- Document workflows, methodologies, and analytical processes to ensure knowledge sharing and maintain an organized repositor
- Ability to learn and evolve within the organization as a data engineering associate
- Identify and troubleshoot data issues, ensuring the integrity and consistency of data throughout the analytics process

**Requirements**:

- MBA, MBA/B. Tech with strong software engineering background
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights
- Solid understanding of SQL and database concepts; exposure to Transact-SQL, SSMS etc.
- Some evidence of working with excel is mandatory
- Experience in data analysis, data cleansing, and data transformation using Alteryx designer
- Experience in Alteryx server and extensive knowledge of Formula tool is good to have
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for data storage and processing
- Familiar with any programming language is a plus be it
- JS or Python
- Existing experience into Financial Services, Banking, Investment banking and alike industries
- Interested in evolving into Data Engineering role
