Location: Kanakia Boomerang, Andheri East

Timing: US Night Shift.

Working Days: Monday to Friday.

Project Duration: 15 Days

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Freelance Voice and Accent Trainer specializing in US English for a short-term project lasting 15 days. The trainer will be responsible for improving the verbal communication skills of our team, focusing on US English pronunciation, accent neutralization, and clarity. This is a high-impact role that requires swift and effective training over a limited time frame.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct targeted training sessions to improve participants’ US English accent, pronunciation, and communication skills.
- Provide accent neutralization training and familiarize participants with US speech patterns, intonations, and cultural nuances.
- Develop a customized, fast-paced curriculum to address the project’s specific needs within the 15-day time frame.
- Evaluate participants’ initial accent levels and set clear goals for improvement.
- Use interactive teaching methods, including role-playing, real-life conversation scenarios, and audio-visual tools.
- Track participants' progress and deliver constructive feedback throughout the training.
- Ensure that all training aligns with the desired US English standards, focusing on pronunciation, fluency, and comprehension.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, English, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in voice and accent training, with a focus on US English.
- Strong understanding of US English phonetics, accent neutralization, intonation, and stress patterns.
- Experience in delivering fast-paced, results-oriented training programs.
- Ability to teach both individuals and groups, with flexibility in adjusting teaching methods to different learning speeds.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with virtual training platforms and remote teaching.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in TEFL/TESOL or equivalent, with a focus on US English.
- Previous experience in training professionals for call centers, BPOs, or customer service roles.
- Experience working on short-term, intensive training projects.

Project Duration:
15 days, with flexible scheduling to accommodate participants.

Compensation:
Competitive project-based rate, to be discussed based on experience and availability.

Pay: ₹1,500.00 - ₹2,500.00 per day
