**Title**: Service Technician (Heat Pump)

**Location**: Baner, Pune

**Qualification**: Diploma/ITI in any stream

**Experience**:Minimum 3-10 years of experience in any field which involves Plumbing and Electrical work.

Field Experience is MUST.

**Skills**:

- Hands-on experience of basic level of Plumbing and electrical work BOTH (mandatory)
- Having Own Bike (mandatory)
- Field Experience is MUST (mandatory)
- On-Site working experience.
- Presentability - Disciplined and acceptable dressing sense.
- Good communication skills - At least in Marathi Or Hindi.
- Good Technical Knowledge

**Remuneration**:15,000 to 25,000

**Role**:Supporting Dealers for installations and commissioning and Managing installations & commissioning for direct customers

**Responsibilities**:

- Attending customer or dealer service requests coming on service number. The technician has to be available 24x7 on the service number, though in most cases he can request the customer to reschedule the request to day time.
- Debugging the errors and finding out solutions for the same.
- Streamlining the solution and ensuring a quick turnaround to solve the case. Maximum allowed time is 24 hours.
- Supporting dealer technicians who would be providing services to their clients.
- Video call support to dealer technicians or our customers.
- For new installations - Validating designs for practicality at site.
- Executing material movement at site.
- Doing Plumbing and electrical connections to machines.
- Commissioning the equipment at the site.
- Demo to the customer and handing over the equipment.
- Helping Dealer Technicians and our sales team for site surveys
- Conducting site surveys, where asked for by seniors.
- Finding methods to reduce service failures in the field.

**Need**:Heat Pump business is one of the oldest verticals in the company. We are Sole All-India Distributors for Emerson-Copeland Heat Pumps. This Technician is needed to manage installations and provide remote as well on-site support to dealers and customers.

**Recommended Current/Past Sector of working**:
Industries where water and electricity are both involved - Geyser/Water Heater/Water Purifiers/Water Treatment, Pumps, Fire fighting Systems, Heat Pumps, HVAC (Air conditioning, Chillers, cooling, heating) etc.

**Not Allowed Sectors**: Loan, Finance, Retail, banking. People working on production lines or quality control departments are strictly not allowed to apply.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
