**Service Desk Executive**

**Area of Expertise**: Technical Assistance.

**Work location**: Chandivali - Andheri

**Background Experience**: 2-3 years. Communication skill in English must be good.
**Location**: Boomerang, Chandivali, Mumbai 400072.

**Shifts & Support**: Support: 24 Hrs x 7 days. Shifts of 9 hours, 6 days a week. Weekly rotating.
**Weekly Off**: -1 day, Rotating.
**Transport facility**: None.

**Technical Knowledge**
- Hardware fault diagnosis & isolation on desktops / laptops. 1st level of support on under warranty / Not in AMC assets (necessary spares & support to be provided by respective 3rd Party support vendor).
- OS Support on Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 10 & other System Software support.
- Software Support on Office Automation, Anti-virus software, E-Mail Client (Accenture will provide necessary training and knowledge transfer on the same)
- Providing REMOTE SUPPORT to the calls logged by the out location branches
- Configure/troubleshoot network connectivity of desktops/laptops
- Troubleshooting related to Internet, Intranet.
- Laptop/Desktop Encryption Support.
- Configuring the print servers & resolving printing problems of the users
- Performing any Install, Move, Add or change (IMAC) at the client level
- Support for 2 factor authentication, VPN connectivity support
- Basic support (L1) on RF-Guns / PPAD Management. Escalating and Coordinating with respective Accenture team in case the issue is not resolved with the initial troubleshooting.
- Basic Support (L1) on Voice / Video-Conferencing (VC) Management (Client Side). Escalating and Coordinating with respective vendor and/or Accenture team in case of Voice/VC equipment failure.
- Co-ordinate and escalation with other support groups.
