**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Prepare GST returns, TDS filings, and other statutory compliances.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors on financial matters.
- Assist in payroll processing if required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP, QuickBooks, or similar.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good knowledge of taxation and statutory regulations.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Familiarity with ERP systems like Tally, SAP is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
