**Key Responsibilities:Sales Coordination**:

- **Sales Documentation**: Maintain and organize sales documents, such as quotations, sales contracts, and customer agreements.
- **Follow-ups**: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups with clients, track leads, and ensure the smooth progression of deals.
- **Sales Reports**: Generate regular reports for the sales team and management, tracking performance, targets, and customer data.
- **Inventory Coordination**: Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure product availability and update stock status.
- **CRM Management**: Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) databases to keep track of customer interactions, deals, and sales progress.

**Billing Responsibilities**:

- **Invoice Generation**: Create and issue invoices to customers based on the sales orders or services provided.
- **Payment Tracking**: Monitor customer payments and follow up on any pending or overdue amounts.
- **Data Entry**: Ensure accurate entry of sales and billing data into the system.
- **Account Reconciliation**: Assist in reconciling accounts to ensure correct billing and payment records.
- **Credit Control**: Coordinate with the finance department to manage credit limits, payment terms, and resolve any billing disputes.
- **Tax and Compliance**: Ensure invoices meet tax and regulatory requirements (such as GST, VAT, etc.), and handle billing-related documentation for audits.
