**Role**:
Sale & Marketing Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Will be a part of the sales and marketing team targeting various brands in the construction industry.
- Work closely with senior managers and team leads to understand key processes and business strategies.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing business strategies and projects.
- Conduct market research, analyze data, and prepare reports to support decision-making.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose actionable solutions.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project success.
- Shadow managers to understand leadership roles and responsibilities.

**Qualification**:
Completed Graduation or pursuing Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, etc.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- High level of motivation and a proactive attitude.

**Knowledge Center Website**:
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)
