EEPL Classroom in Ranchi is seeking a motivated and dynamic Tele Caller to join our team. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential students, providing information about our courses, and converting leads into enrollments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and provide detailed information about EEPL Classroom’s courses and programs.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
- Maintain an accurate record of all calls made and received, including detailed notes on interactions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and enrollments.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with prospective students.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Temporary

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
