We are looking for a **experienced/Fresher Document Controller **for **NPCIL Project Kudankulam, Tirunelveli.**

**Skills Required**:

- Bachelor's degree with Computer Knowledge
- Preferred experience in **construction project.**:

- Fresher also apply.
- Head office-HR compliances reports (EPFO Documents, Letters & others) submission to Client on timely basis.
- Responsible for Control/Track/Issue of complete project documentation such as incoming and outgoing correspondence with Site Head.
- Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of the documents being submitted to Client.
- Responsible in maintaining confidentiality of documents handled.
- Coordinate with Site Admin for Labour & Staff, Gate Entry Pass work and Safety Induction Process.
- Prepare & submit the reports on daily basis of Induction and gate pass status to Site Head.
- Maintain Site level Petty cash, Accounts & Staff houses and Labour camp rental payment, maintain the records properly and share the details to SRS Accounts dept.
- Coordinating with New Staffs / relieving staffs since Safety induction to till settle at site.
- Coordinate & assist with Site Admin for Site office, Staff House and outside Labour camp maintenance & labour welfare process.
- Maintain Staff Attendance record (In & out) and maintain the records properly and share the details to Head office-HR on daily basis.
- Preparing the reports as per Head office / Site Head requirements on time.
- Prepare & Maintain Project MIS reports on daily / Weekly / Monthly and share the details to Head office & HR.
