**Responsibilities**:
The Trainee Lawyer and Company Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative and legal support to the Legal Department. The role will involve a variety of tasks, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and providing support to lawyers in the preparation of cases. The Trainee Lawyer and Company Secretary will also be responsible for learning about the company's corporate governance structure and procedures.
- Draft and review legal documents, such as contracts, shareholder agreements, and employment contracts.
- Conduct legal research and provide support to lawyers in the preparation of cases.
- Maintain the company's corporate governance records and procedures.
- Assist with the administration of the Legal Department, such as filing documents, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.
- Learn about the company's business operations and industry regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in law or a related field.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
