Roles & Responsibilities
- Daily and Monthly Attendance Sheet Preparation
- Assist in payroll activities by deduction and loan advances in payroll software
- Adding of new employees to software (Muscat)
- Keep tracking the information regarding new joining & resignation of Muscat Employees
- Leaves & Resignation Application followup and entries in softwares
- Payroll Deduction Calculation & entering in software for all employees in Muscat office
- Employee Cards updation like, Resident card, Passport & Visa.
- Overtime calculation verification for muscat workers/laborers and followup with site in charges
- Daily Attendance Report (DAR) for all site employees follow up to know missing employees on particular days.

**Requirements**:

- Be thorough and pay attention to detail
- Able to work well with others
- Able to work on your own
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Able to use a computer and the main software packages competently
- Excellent computer knowledge
- MBA Graduate

**Salary**: ₹18,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Trivandrum, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
