Overview:
Prodapt is looking for a professional responsible for the creation, development, and continuous improvement of services within an organization. This role is focused on understanding user needs, business objectives, and the technical aspects of service delivery, aiming to design services that provide value to customers while aligning with business goals.

**Responsibilities**:
**Deliverables**
- Document, existing challenges and observations via As-Is Value Streams
- Map existing challenges and Observations mapped against Industry Best Practices (TM Forum)
- Document the Recommendations and Change Initiatives to Build a To be State Target Operating Model
- Identify all Impacted Systems and Process. Support Business Process Analyst and Architecture in documenting the To-Be Process and Technical Architecture
- Provide a Transformation Roadmap with ROM Estimates.

**Activities**
- Discovery and analysis of existing As-Is Process in Detail.
- Map service journeys and identify gaps./challenges, leading to operational inefficiency, poor customer experience, deceased revenue etc. Capture the existing KPIs and Metrics
- Assess the current As-Is situation bench mark it against the TM Forum Process Capabilities and standards
- Recommend change initiative to business process, solutions, challenges,
- Propose a transformation road map to build a lead Target Operating Model (ToM) aligned with business goals.

**Requirements**:
Good communication skills.

Bachelors Degree is mandatory.
