**Job Description (Posting).**
- SAP Basis
- SAP ECC 6, Solution manager support and maintenance.
- SAP Basis administration ECC6 with Oracle backend.
- Database administration on Oracle.
- System health checks and performance tuning- Configuration and maintenance of solution manager, CCMS, change management, early watch, maintenance optimizer and SMD.
- System refresh
- Configuration and maintenance of SAP printers and maintain spool system- Background job configuration, monitoring, and maintenance
- Configure, manage, and monitor Transport Management System
- Routine end user support and troubleshot.
- Familiar with SAP archiving
- Exposure on Unix ( HP UX ) and database ( ORACLE )
- Education & Experience:

- Any graduate / Diploma / Post Graduate.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
- Technical Level L3.
- General:

- SAP Basis tasks in HP UX or any unix platform will prefer
- Oracle database administrator would be additional advantage.
- Good communication skill.
- Exposure in offshore SAP support project will prefer.
- Experience or familiar on tools like ticketing and monitoring tools will prefer.
- Willingness to work on flexible working hours including weekends
- Routine user support and troubleshot.
- (1.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (2.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (3.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives. (4.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (6.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
