Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.

2. Conduct user research and gather insights to inform the design process and validate design decisions.

3. Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas.

4. Develop high-quality visual designs that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

6. Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure the accurate implementation of design elements.

7. Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iteratively improve designs.

8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design standards, and emerging technologies.

9. Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to a culture of design excellence within the organization.

10. Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the design team, fostering their growth and development.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

2. 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.

3. Have made WCAG compliant interface, have implemented/contributed-to design system, have experience in conducting user research (qualitative and quantitative)and are well versed in creating motion graphics and shipping UI micro-interactions (Adobe AfterEffects, Maya or equivalent, Lottie or equivalent). Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

4. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

5. Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating user feedback into design iterations.

6. Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.

7. Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, and layout.

8. Familiarity with frontend development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design implementation.

9. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.

10. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
