**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and effective solutions to customer issues, complaints, and requests.
- Troubleshoot product or service issues and guide customers through resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure all customer inquiries are handled efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., technical support, sales) to resolve issues and provide feedback for product improvements.
- Stay updated on product/service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Contribute to team goals and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Be part of sales also

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
