We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our company. You will be responsible for coordinating various operational tasks, managing schedules, overseeing logistics, and providing administrative support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities.
- Manage schedules and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Track progress and provide regular updates to the management team.
- Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Work closely with different stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Prepare reports and analyze operational data.
- Oversee logistics, including inventory management and supply chain coordination.
- Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and maintaining documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Operations Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,).

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
