
Admin Executive

Manage daily schedules and appointments for the executive team.
- Support various teams within the organization as needed, including but not limited to Human Resource, finance, and marketing.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking.
- Plan and coordinated events, meetings, and conferences.
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation.
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Orders supplies and equipment; maintains service contracts on office equipment.
- Ensures travel authorizations, accommodations, and conference registrations for employees.
- Manage general departmental administrative activities
- Maintain various agreements, documents, forms and formats as per pre-defined formats (latest version).
- Maintain cleanliness of office premise and equipment.
- Maintainence of Office equipment is done as per schedule, contracts are reviewed and renewed as required.
- Record keeping of stationary and providing the same.
- Facilitate travel schedules and make travel arrangements for the employees by coordinating with travel agents and employees.
- Arrange travel through internal or external agencies as required through accountant
