**Position: Factory Store in charge**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base, increase store traffic, and optimize profitability in the factory store setting.

2. Train, motivate, mentor, and provide feedback to sales staff to meet and exceed sales goals.

3. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through high-quality service.

4. Manage store administration, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

5. Maintain optimal store conditions and uphold visual merchandising standards in a factory store environment.

6. Monitor buying trends, customer needs, and profits, providing insightful reports.

7. Propose innovative ideas to enhance market share within the factory store segment.

8. Conduct personnel performance appraisals, identify training needs, and establish career paths for staff.

9. Address and resolve issues from staff and customers, including complaints and grievances.

10. Demonstrate exemplary behaviour and high performance to set a positive example for the team.

11. Undertake additional store manager duties as required for a factory store setting.

**Requirements and Skills**:
1. Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager, preferably in a factory store environment.

2. Strong leadership skills with a business-oriented mindset.

3. Proficient in customer management with a focus on factory store operations.

4. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
