Job Title: Store Incharge / Store Keeper

Department: Procurement / Project Execution

Location: Project Sites (EALLISTO Projects)

Reporting To: Project Manager / Procurement Head
Purpose of the Role:
To manage all site-level materials and inventory efficiently, ensuring timely availability of resources, accurate documentation, and strict control over stock movement to support smooth execution of construction activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Material Receipt & Inspection

Receive materials as per delivery challan or purchase order.

Inspect materials for quality and quantity as per specifications.

Record any discrepancies or damages and report to procurement/project team.

Inventory Management

Maintain accurate stock records in registers and/or ERP systems.

Perform regular stock verifications and reconciliations.

Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and segregation of materials.

Material Issuance

Issue materials to site teams against approved requisitions.

Record all issuances in stock register/system with date and quantity.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain GRN, MRN, material issue slips, stock ledger, and consumption logs.

Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on stock status to the project manager and procurement team.

Coordination

Coordinate with site engineers, procurement department, and vendors for timely material supply.

Liaise with transporters for delivery schedules and logistics tracking.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure safe storage of materials, especially hazardous or fragile items.

Follow company policies on documentation, stock handling, and material wastage.
Minimum Qualifications:
Diploma or ITI in Civil / Mechanical / Materials Management
