Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:

- Achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned area.
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, dealers, and distributors.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients to grow sales revenue.

Client & Market Management:

- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide customer support and resolve queries to ensure customer satisfaction.

Channel Management:

- Manage and grow distributor and dealer networks within the assigned region.
- Ensure stock availability and proper product display at dealer locations.
- Support distributors and retailers with promotional activities and marketing initiatives.

Reporting & Coordination:

- Maintain accurate sales records and submit periodic sales reports to management.
- Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product deliveries.

Key Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in architectural hardware, building materials, or related industries.
- Skills:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of the architectural hardware industry is an advantage.
- Other Requirements:

- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- A valid driver’s license (if required).
