**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of recipes for food items.
- Provide training to cook for preparation of food as per respective recipe.
- Planning and preparation of meal menu as per study or regulatory requirements.
- Preparation of meal order as per approved meal menu and provide a copy to the caterer or cook.
- Supervised meal preparation as per approved meal menu or meal order and ensure meals are provided as per meal order.
- Coordinating with supervisor for sending high-fat high-calorie breakfast meals to suitable testing.
- laboratory for assessing total caloric value and hygienic testing as per in-house SOP and maintaining test reports.
- Ensuring the meal are prepared and provided by the caterer is hygienic.

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
