**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Verify borrower information such as income, employment, credit, and assets.
- Order and review third-party documents including appraisals, title reports, and credit reports.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and investor lending regulations.
- Communicate with loan officers, underwriters, and borrowers to resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare loan files for underwriting submission and final approval.
- Track loan file progress and update systems accordingly.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and timeliness to meet closing deadlines.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- **MBA in Finance is a plus.**:

- **2-3 years of experience** as a mortgage processor in the US mortgage industry.
- Strong knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA loan programs.
- Familiarity with loan origination systems (e.g., Encompass, Calyx, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple files.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations (TRID, RESPA, HMDA, etc.).
