Prepare, bake, and finish baked goods such as breads, pastries, cookies, and cakes according to standardized recipes and quality guidelines.
- Assist in dough preparation, proofing, shaping, and baking processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Follow all health and safety regulations (HACCP standards where applicable).
- Manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies, and report shortages to the Supervisor.
- Label, package, and display baked products attractively for retail sale (if applicable).
- Operate baking equipment (mixers, ovens, proofers) safely and correctly.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure production goals are met.
- Assist with daily opening or closing duties, as assigned.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, if involved in front-of-house operations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a bakery, café, or food production environment is preferred but not mandatory (training can be provided).
- Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards is an advantage.
- Ability to work early morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Good physical stamina; able to stand for long periods and lift up to [20-25 kg] safely.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
