**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Junior Engineer to join our team.

The role primarily involves site execution, supervision, and contractor handling, with **Way Side Amenity** Project In Sambhajinagar **( Interview will be face to face in Shivajinagar, Pune ).**

This position requires a proactive professional who is willing to stay on-site for minimum 8 months till the project completes **( After 8 months will shift to another project ).**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and execute site activities in line with project timelines and company standards.
- Supervise contractors, vendors, and workers to ensure quality and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with senior engineers, project managers, and clients for effective site progress reporting.
- Handle day-to-day site operations, including material management, workforce allocation, and adherence to schedules.
- Resolve site-level challenges by proactively coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure proper documentation, daily site progress reports, and compliance with company policies.
- Support project planning, execution, and monitoring to achieve defined project goals.
