Cold calling: Initiating calls to potential customers who may have shown interest or are likely to be interested in the product or service being offered.
- Product knowledge: Acquiring in-depth knowledge about the products or services being sold in order to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Lead generation: Identifying and qualifying leads through research, referrals, and other sources to build a pipeline of potential customers.
- Building relationships: Establishing and nurturing relationships with customers through regular follow-ups, addressing their queries, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Sales pitch and presentation: Developing persuasive sales pitches and presentations tailored to the needs and preferences of individual customers to maximize sales conversions.
- Closing deals: Negotiating and closing sales by overcoming objections, addressing concerns, and guiding customers through the purchasing process.
- Achieving sales targets: Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets set by the organization to contribute to the overall revenue goals.
- CRM usage: Utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales activities effectively.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate and detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Continuous learning: Staying updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to enhance selling skills and achieve better results.
- Team collaboration: Collaborating with colleagues, sales managers, and other departments to share information, address challenges, and contribute to overall team success.
- Adhering to policies and regulations: Following company policies, sales procedures, and legal requirements, such as Do-Not-Call regulations, to ensure ethical and compliant sales practices.

Supplemental pay types:
