Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and referrals.

Client Meetings: Conduct field visits to present IT products and services, addressing client queries and demonstrating solutions.

Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned targets.

Negotiation & Deal Closure: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding IT products and services, including software, hardware, and solutions.

Market Research: Staying updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.

Problem-Solving: Identifying client pain points and offering tailored IT solutions effectively.

Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in IT sales, preferably in a field role.

Strong technical understanding of IT products and services.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Willingness to travel extensively.

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Number of client meetings and leads converted.

Customer satisfaction and retention rates.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Yearly bonus

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
