**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute functional test cases for **SAP ICM (SAP Commissions)** and **Sales Planning** modules.
- Validate system configurations, incentive calculations, and commission processing workflows.
- Work closely with business analysts and developers to understand requirements and define test strategies.
- Perform **end-to-end testing**, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools like **JIRA**.
- Ensure compliance with business processes and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve test coverage and system performance.
- Automate functional test cases when applicable to streamline testing processes.

**Mandatory Skills**:

- Strong experience in **Functional Testing** of **SAP ICM (SAP Commissions) and Sales Planning**.
- Understanding of incentive compensation models, commission structures, and payout processes.
- Hands-on experience in writing and executing test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
- Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools like **JIRA**.

**Good to Have Skills**:

- Knowledge of **Varicent** for sales compensation and incentive management.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and SDLC.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
