**We’re hiring Sales Officer’s for reputed Automotive Lubricant Brand / National Oil Company.**

**Position**: Sales Officer / Field Sales Executive

**Location**: **UP**

Banaras, Fatepur, Lucknow, Kanpur, Jaunpur, Jhansi, Bareilly

**Educational Qualification**:Graduate.

**Experience**: 1 to 3 years, Sales & Marketing **Automotive Lubricant **(mandatory)

**Project Duration** **1 year**

**Description -**

Þ Interacting with automotive mechanics, and retailers and converting them into users or stockiest of client products, explaining to them the offers and schemes launched by the client in the market and helping mechanics avail of these benefits.

Þ Achieve Sales numbers for the area being handled. Must have field experience in the respective region good market knowledge / intelligence of the area being handled.

Þ Network expansion - Distributor appointments and monitoring their performance. Secondary retail network expansion and monitoring. Automotive Lubricants

Þ Achieving Product mix targets for the designed area, Brand promotion through local activation like Meets, campaigns, Point of sale promotions etc.

**Note** - **This opportunity is First 6 months will be on contract if the performance found good, then the manpower will be absorbed into payroll**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
