- Visit to Customer to complete the pending CKYC of AOF
- Obtain Customers signatures on the AOF.
- Obtain Officially Valid Document (OVD) containing Photo and address (OVDs: Aadhaar / Passport / Driving license / Voter ID card / Job card issued by NREGA duly signed by an officer of the State Government / Letter issued by the National Population Register containing name). Obtain the photo (wherever required) and mobile number of the customer.
- Coordinate with mapped branches / nodal branches / RBO and FS and Manager (FI) at RBO for completion of jobs and submission of documents and MIS.
