**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel prospective students and parents about international education options.
- Understand client requirements and provide accurate information about universities, courses, admission criteria, and visa documentation.
- Convert telephonic and online inquiries into walk-ins or virtual appointments.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per the latest immigration and education guidelines.
- Follow-up with leads and maintain a CRM or database of all student records and interactions.
- Participate in webinars, training sessions, and promotional activities when required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Education, Management, or related field).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in study visa counselling or tele-sales in the overseas education domain.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.
- Strong knowledge of admission and visa procedures for major study destinations.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask between counselling and processing responsibilities.
