**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
v Responsible for all International sales and marketing activities

v To handle the erectioning team
v Strategic development to achieve targeted areas
**Sales & Marketing**
v Developing marketing strategies to build customer preference and drive volumes.
v Forecasting monthly/annual sales targets and executing them in a given time frame thereby enhancing existing clientele.
**Business Development**
v Analysing business potential, conceptualising & executing strategies to drive sales, augment turnover and achieve desired targets.
v Conducting extensive market research to analyze and assess market potential, tracking competitor activities for providing valuable inputs to fine-tune selling & marketing strategies.
**Key Account Management**
v Mapping the client’s requirements and providing them customized business solutions through new proposals, presentations and demonstrations.
v Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals for smooth execution of sales and order processing Identifying and penetrating new accounts.
**Operations Management**
v Managing production operations involving preparation of production plans & schedules to ensure timely accomplishment of production targets within the time and cost parameters.
v Managing the functions of troubleshooting and preventive / breakdown maintenance of utilities and preventive maintenance so as to reduce downtime to minimum.
v Identifying areas of obstruction/bottlenecks and taking steps to rectify it.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Faridabad, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
