Assistant Cook

_Requirements:_
- Must have good hold over hospitality especially food and beverage department.
- Should be savvy with equipment’s usage both conventional & Electric
- Should be diligent, energetic and be able to multi task
- Should be able work in a team and a fast paced work environment
- Responsibilities: _
- Assist the “Cusine ur” apart from independently Cooking food that has good taste, consistency and quality to the customers.
- Execute customers food / beverages orders at café.
- Preparing and cooking various dishes and cuisines as told or guided in Kitchen
- should have presentation skills for food
- Work on new dishes and cuisines that can be incorporated in menu
- Undertake Training and also preparing SOP for various Cuisines
- maintaining proper hygiene and sanitary behavior in Kitchen and while preparation of the cuisines
- Undertake task not limited to chopping, cutting, broiling, preliminary preparation
- Handle equipment and utensils with care and safety
- maintaining confidentiality with outsiders with respect to recipes & ingredients
- Will be responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen and its utensils
- should be able to handle any task given related to kitchen, procurement, quality tasting, etc

**_Qualification:_**
- At least 1-3 years of experience in Kitchen or has independently working especially with continental dishes

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
