- Female, aged 25 years and above
- Experience, 5 years plus in real estate, or sales only.
- Independent, career-focused, and self-reliant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about real estate and customer satisfaction

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential clients and investors
- Present property details, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently
- Conduct site visits and virtual presentations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and property consultants
- Negotiate deals, close sales, and ensure smooth transactions
- Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in real estate sales preferred, especially luxury properties
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Goal-oriented and able to meet or exceed targets
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Willingness to travel as required
- Graduate or equivalent professional experience
