Job Title: Architect - IBM WatsonX and Generative AI

Location: Chennai

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Architect with expertise in IBM WatsonX and Generative AI to lead the design and implementation of advanced AI solutions. The role requires proficiency in tools such as Curelight, RIS UDA & IRSF-17 Automation, and AviLeap, along with strong domain knowledge in industries like Hospitality, Supply Chain, or Transportation & Logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable Generative AI solutions leveraging IBM WatsonX.

Architect end-to-end automation pipelines for use cases like contact center automation and agentic AI.

Lead the development of reusable frameworks and establish best practices for Generative AI integration.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust, secure, and efficient AI implementations.

Drive innovation in RIS UDA, IRSF-17 Automation, and AviLeap, optimizing business processes through automation.

Ensure adherence to cloud technology and microservices architecture standards.

Skills & Experience:
10+ years of IT experience, with at least 3+ years in AI/ML architecture involving IBM WatsonX.

Hands-on experience with tools like Curelight, RIS UDA & IRSF-17 Automation, and AviLeap.

Proven expertise in designing AI solutions for Hospitality, Supply Chain, or Transportation & Logistics sectors.

Strong understanding of contact center automation, agentic AI, and NLP technologies.

Proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced certifications in IBM WatsonX or relevant AI/ML technologies.

Experience in developing frameworks for automation tools like RIS UDA and AviLeap.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
