**Responsibilities**:
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
- Identifying potential clients and generating leads.
- Managing and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system with new leads and prospects.
- Assisting in building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Scheduling and attending meetings with clients and stakeholders.
- Preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Assisting in the development of sales strategies and plans.
- Coordinating with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Providing administrative support to the Business Development Manager.
- Coordinating and organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Managing correspondence and documentation related to business development activities.
- Preparing regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market research findings.
- Analyzing data to support strategic decision-making.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinating with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts.
- Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Building a network of industry contacts and potential business partners.
- Working closely with other departments such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure cohesive business development strategies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business growth initiatives.
- Participating in training programs to develop skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
- Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
