With close to 30 years of experience in the market & a highly technically qualified team of 300 +, we are currently undertaking Fabrication & Installation of "**Eternia" **Facade, Doors & Windows systems at various client locations. We are currently looking for young and dynamic professionals to be a part of our Business Development team. Job Location: Pune - Planning and implementing Marketing Strategies - Scouting the Market to gather information about prospective customers - Cater to Online leads - Visiting and interacting with Architects, Contractors, Channel Partners, Clients, etc. and solving all their problems. - Site Surveying, measurement and providing quotations. - Negotiating with clients and assist them to arrive at a favorable conclusion & finalize the deal. - Showing and explaining windows and samples **Qualification**: Graduate / MBA in Marketing preferred with 1 - 5 years experience in sales & business development in Facade, Doors & Windows industry **Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental pay types: - Yearly bonus **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Total: 2 years (preferred) - Facade, Sliding doors & Windows: 1 year (preferred) **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Provident Fund Day range: - Monday to Friday Shift: - Day shift - Morning shift Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus - Yearly bonus Travel requirement: - Travel - Up to 50% travel Ability to commute/relocate: - Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Diploma (preferred) **Experience**: - Business development: 2 years (preferred) - Lead generation: 1 year (preferred) - total work: 3 years (preferred) - Sales: 2 years (preferred) **Language**: - English (preferred)
