ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Tech Lead ( Java/ Microservices: - Experience : 12-15 years of hands on Development, Design and Code review Exp - Technology: - Hands-on Development experience in Java, Microservices and DevOps Tools and processes. - AWS- Deployment, Docker, Containerization - Strong in advanced in SQL query, Data Pipeline and PostgreSQL - Expected to work on three and more threads/ workstreams concurrently - Initiatives/ workstreams Requirement gathering ( Sprint + 2 or next Quarters), User stories, Backlogs, HLD, One Pager ; skill requirement for that sprint/workstream - Current Initiatives, workstream Sprint working on LLD and PoCs, Tasks for Sr. Developers and Developers, Coding for completion on time. - Current+1 Sprint Testing, Development, Bug Fix with Developers - Research and providing options to the Team - Build Team - Reviewing and interviewing right resources before sharing profiles to Client, help in reducing the revenue loss. - Architecture Modification/update - Building reusable frameworks/ PoC outcome - Creating One pager Initiative Requirement, HLD, LLD, Code, Sprint Demo - Empowering Sr. Developers and Developers to perform their duties & complete User stories - Hands on development and deployment day in day out work is expected - Enforcing best practices to deliver quality code and demos. - Working sessions setup with internal team to speed up development, Client Teams in case TPM/SM are occupied in customer calls.
