**_JOB DESCRIPTION -_**
- Manage inbound/outbound customer calls in a timely manner
- Inform customers about the company's products/services and offers.
- Identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible
- Maintaining and updating the database with relevant customer information
- Fill Correct Producer Data in ERP Software & ensure all member data should be registered timely.
- Maintain & keep a record of queries & complaints regarding field issues of those members who call on helpline number.

**_JOB REQUIREMENTS -_**
- Female Required.
- Fresher And Experience Both Can Apply.
- Good Verbal Communication.
- Must be efficient to handle the workload.
- Good Organizational And Time-Management Skills.
- Basic Typing Speed, Basic Computer Knowledge.
- Comfortable with working on laptop/desktop, entering data, etc.
