**Job Title: Digital Marketing Associate**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow the agency’s and client's social media presence.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other relevant platforms.

- Communicate with clients to understand their marketing goals and provide updates on campaign progress.
- Address client queries and feedback promptly.
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
- Daily tracker sheet updates and helping internal stakeholders with the relevant required information.
- Lead multiple digital marketing initiatives across channels, within given timelines and successfully execute on time and on budget.
- Ensure the budget is spent across performance channels efficiently.
- Optimizing Ads, Revenue, and Marketing on Facebook and Instagram.
- Conceptualizing & managing consumer research & strategic surveys - developing cost-effective means of driving continuous feedback loops through digital/social tools.
- Relationship management with key stakeholders - editorial, sales, legal, finance, audit etc.
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and analyze campaign performance.
- SEO/SEM campaign ideation, planning and execution along with monitoring web traffic metrics.

**Desired Skills & Experience**:

- Expertise in Social Media Marketing and advertising across major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
- Should have some experience in Google 360.
- Strong analytical abilities, highly organized, detail-oriented.
- Working knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO, YT Analytics, Facebook Creator Studio, Google Ads Manager, etc.
- Experience in managing multiple ongoing campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in handling multiple lead-generation campaigns.
