**Job Description**:

- Work towards arranging for fabric, cutting them, arranging for stitching and delivery.
- Arranging to see that the trims and accessories are available well before its requirement from respective purchase and stores department.
- Ensure that clients are updated on regular basis about their order status and also follow-up for documentation from clients regarding advances and other terms with respect to deliver and related charges.
- Help in upgrading company’s reputation in the market by ensuring uncompromised quality product and satisfactory services.
- To obtain and process as many orders for embroidery and beading as well as stitched garments and follow through the directions perfectly
- Executing purchase orders for sampling and production received from our overseas merchandiser to get them done in Mumbai and shipped out
- Follow orders correctly to get correct beaded and embroidered sampling as requested by client
- Planning the timelines for all orders for all processes from fabric purchase, embroidery, approvals, stitching and shipping
- Follow up on all processes to ensure timing is being followed
- Negotiate best costings on all processes
- To give proper instructions to our Quality control people and oversee a perfect sampling and production
- To ensure all sampling and production happens in a timely and perfect manner
- To ensure that all pricing received from beader’s workshops is competitive to the market and the best prices available for the best quality
- To ensure precise beaded and embroidered swatches are sent when required to the overseas associate merchandiser for them to show clients
- To help accounts create accurate invoices to overseas associate merchandisers with accurate details and information

**Personal Traits**:

- Person must be from garment industry with considerable market presence or a qualified and certified merchandiser from a recognized and affiliated institute.
- Should have dynamic personality and must be a go getter attitude person.
- Must be confident in handling a team of more than one client at a time.
