**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Provide accurate information about vehicle models, services, pricing, and availability.
Coordinate with the sales and service teams to schedule test drives, servicing, and follow-ups.
Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalate them appropriately.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service history in CRM.
Conduct follow-up calls for feedback and satisfaction after sales or service.
Assist in warranty claims, insurance coordination, and documentation support.
Educate customers on service packages, offers, and maintenance schedules
**Requirements**: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred. Prior experience in customer service or front desk (automobile industry is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle pressure. Basic computer skills and experience with CRM or DMS systems. Multilingual abilities (especially regional languages) are an advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
