**J.D of a Performance Marketing Associate**

**Role & Responsibilities**:
1. Campaign Strategy and Planning:

- Develop comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Identify target audiences, key messaging, and optimal channels for campaign execution.

2. Media Buying:

- Developing effective media buying strategies i.e. Bought, Earned & Owned.
- Participating in media planning to identify target audiences and craft effective campaigns.

3. Data Analysis and Insights:

- Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance.
- Extract actionable insights from data to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns in real-time.

4. Budget Management:

- Develop and manage budgets for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing return on investment.

5. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to enhance website and landing page performance for better conversion rates.
- Implement CRO strategies to improve user experience and increase conversions.

6. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

- Work closely with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead generation and conversion goals.

7. Reporting and Documentation:

- Generate regular reports detailing campaign performance and key metrics.
- Document strategies, test results, and insights for future reference and continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, with a track record of successful campaign management. (Minimum 1 year experience)
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and technologies.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Cost per Acquisition (CPA)
- Conversion Rates
- Click-through Rates (CTR)
- Revenue Growth
- Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
- Quality Score (for paid search campaigns)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
